This is complicated, I'm not one of those people who believes in abolishing the police, but I feel the police do need to be kept in check, which would require more funding in police programs, and training. Police should be completely unbiased, solely focused on protecting their community. I feel we should fund the police with that goal in mind, but I feel we should also spend a fair amount on social/community based programs.
